When you become a client

Sending us a message, calling or emailing doesn't make you a client. You become a client once we've checked for a conflict of interest and we've both signed a written agreement that we'll act for you. Until then, please don't send us confidential documents unless we ask for them.

Licensing

Laura Florence is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario as a paralegal, licence P13633. Licensed paralegals can provide legal services in specific areas, including Small Claims Court, tribunals like the Landlord and Tenant Board, and provincial offences. Laura Florence is not a lawyer. If your matter is outside what a paralegal is allowed to do, we'll tell you.
